The cooks (boilers) showed up early and began to work AND to sample their product.
As the crawfish are taken out of the pot they are kept ready in “ice” chests. No, they also stay warm and fresh (assuming you don’t add ice).
That’s what it looks like in the pot.
THERE WILL BE CRABS (also). Not a big fan of the boiled crab myself ….but others are and here they are, before their date with Mr. Boiled Water.
